Protest Coverage (New York, NY, 2024)

Last year, I covered migrant protests in New York, NY. Featuring images of NYPD police officers and pro-Palestine protesters holding signs and flags, one can feel that the tension is in the air. As a visual journalist, I want to focus on portraying emotion through the image. Even if these are quite literally still images, the movement in the scene is captured, and the moment is vividly conveyed.
